Short version: we only ask for what we need to quote and service your lawn, and we do not sell it.

Information you give us
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address and the details you type about your lawn. We use that information to respond to you, prepare a quote, schedule and perform services, send service notifications and invoices, and keep a record of our work for you.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. Analytics only runs after you choose "Allow analytics" in the cookie notice, and you can change that choice any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. The quote form is protected against spam by automated checks, which may include Google reCAPTCHA and services that verify that an email address and phone number are real. Those checks look at the submission and basic connection details such as your IP address.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with the services that help us run the business: our scheduling and billing platform, our email provider, and the spam-prevention services described above. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. Reviews you leave on Google are governed by Google's own policies.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and customer records are kept while you are a customer and for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and warranty purposes afterward. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing [email protected].
Your choices
- Decline analytics in the cookie notice, or change your choice from the footer.
- Ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Opt out of marketing messages at any time. Service notifications about scheduled visits continue while you are a customer.
